What is AWS Requests-RBP?

The number of Amazon SQS standard requests with resource-based policies (RBP) (billed in 64KB units). Note—Although titled "Requests-Tier1," this line item may include requests from tiers 1, 2, or 3. Pricing is tiered, with reduced rates as request volume increases. The first million requests per month are free, tier 1 applies to 1 million–100 billion requests, tier 2 to 100 billion–200 billion requests, and tier 3 for requests exceeding 200 billion.
